Welcome Nicole Siguenza!

We sat down with Nicole and asked her a few questions about why she wanted to join our club.

How did you find out about our club?

I have always been a part of Rotary, starting in Interact my freshman year of high school. I feel in love with the organization and being around like-minded individuals that want to do good for others. I continued on to be involved in and on the board of my undergraduate Rotaract club in college, at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. As president of CP Rotaract, I collaborated closely with our local community Rotaract club. When I moved to San Diego to pursue my PhD, it was very important to me to find a local Rotaract club to join!

What are you most excited for now that you're a member?

I’m most excited about being involved in a super active club. Immediately upon attending a PB Rotaract meeting, I knew that the club members are some truly amazing people. I love the variety of service and outreach opportunities that our club participates in and I cannot wait to become more involved in the greater San Diego community.
