Creating Decor for our Newly Housed Neighbors

We joined HandsOn San Diego and PATH to create flowers for their interim and permanent housing programs and hygiene kits for their outreach workers to distribute in the community. 

PATH San Diego provides a variety of services for our neighbors experiencing homelessness that include outreach, housing navigation, interim housing, rapid rehousing, and permanent supportive housing. PATH San Diego is the lead agency providing the services and operations for Connections Housing, a partnership that brings a variety of agencies together under one roof to meet the many needs of the downtown homeless population.

By the end of the night we created over 200 flowers for their interim and permanent housing programs and over 150 hygiene kits for their outreach workers to distribute in the community!
